Slice. Ship. Stay.
We do not vanish into a six-month tunnel. You see working software early, and you keep seeing it.
Start with the constraint
Every brief begins with what must be true: a store listing, a regulator, a broker’s Tuesday, a campaign date, a city you are entering. We write that down in language a founder and an engineer can both sign. Scope theater is how projects die.
A first slice in production clothes
The first release is small and real. Real auth, real environments, real pipelines, real empty states. Prototypes that cannot be deployed teach the wrong lessons. From there we widen: mobile, web, admin, integrations — in an order the business can feel.
Stay after the applause
Launch week is a midpoint. We document, we train, we leave ownership in your repo. If you want us to remain as the delivery team, we do — across time zones, with a named rhythm. Read cadence and time zones for the operating beliefs.
The studio standard is the line on the mark: excellent, innovative, elegant. Excellent is tests. Innovative is the right bet, not every bet. Elegant is the thing a new teammate can read.
Bring the constraint.
Tell us the city, the craft, and the first slice you want in production.
