The problem
Capital formation collects exceptions: who may invest, what is being offered, how money is held, what “closed” means. A platform that shows all of that at once becomes a filing cabinet. CapItCap needed the opposite — a path.
What Razorbee shipped
Investor and issuer onboarding. Offering pages for equity, debt, and convertible campaigns. Participation flows. An escrow and compliance structure the product can talk about without hand-waving. Release cadence from the DevOps practice so the platform could change without scaring the people raising on it.
The public site is capitcap.com. The industry context is fintech. The interface belief is in trust is a sequence of screens.
What partners said
“Razorbee turned a complex capital-raising product into a clear, investor-ready platform.” — Product leadership, CapItCap.
